A map of the target area 7. Demographics of the target population 8. Resume's of current and proposed staff 9. Job descriptions 10. Sample Budget 11. Sample Budget narratives		12. Letters of Support 13. History of your Organization 14. Minutes of board meetings and attendance 15. Diversity Statement 16. Future Funding Statement 17. Evaluation Statement 18. Linkage Statement 19. Board Resolution Letter 20. Mission Relationship Statement 21. Capability Statement Armed with this information, and your request for funding or equipment, we can search the internet in an attempt to match your request to funding sources, and begin the process of writing a grant proposal.
